Today was ribs and pulled pork. Three racks of whole spare ribs and a pork butt went on this morning. The two top racks and the butt were rubbed with a couple of Meat Church rubs: Honey Hog and The Gospel. The bottom rack was rubbed with Holy Voodoo from Meat Church and SPF 53 from Lane's BBQ (both on the spicy side). The top two racks were glazed with some G.Hughes original sugar free sauce cut with some apple cider vinegar, but I glkazed to spicy rack with a mix of G.Hughes sweet and spict sugar free, some sriracha, and a little ACV. The plated pic is of four bones off the spicy rack, as well as seasoned green beans, loaded mashed cauliflower, and spinach cheese pie.
