This review of the 4850 is in french but the graphs are still readable.

It's impressive how close the 4850 performs to the 3870x2. I'm defiantly looking forward to benchmarks of the 4870 and 4870x2.

same here >.> it just happens that I have a step-up available so I was leaning towards nVid.
Heck i've already got an x38 so I'd be better off with ATI.

I ran away since there's no real point without any benchmarks for the 4870x2. no interest in the 4850 ;p

Though it does seem to be performing ok in that last benchmark. If that's anything to go by the 4870x2 will probably take the cake. But not the single GPU version.
