how Can i Hook these Speakers up to my PC then ?

hi , i have some JVC Speakers x2 and there 100W Per speaker and was wondering how i could connect them up to my sound card ( Sound Card: C-Media 8738 PCI Surround Sound Card ) i have some pics below just hoping the Sound Card could cope with 200 Watts...pictures below

You will need an amplifier. You could use an older stereo receiver if you have one. Just use a (STEREO!) 1/8" -> 2 RCA plugs (black/red) and put the RCA's to any input you like on the receiver. Then just hook up the speakers using 10 or 12 guage speaker wire and set the computers volume level at about 75% and control the levels from the amp.
