Anyone hear of any games that will top crysis in graphics?

crysis 2 lol. im betting they wil lrelease another stand alone copy of crysis featuring prophet before crysis 2, maybe even a prequel to crysis.

Anyhow, grab the 720p trailer from Alan Wake - www.AlanWake.com . it's still pretty sweet lookin.
Release date is still unknown as far as anywhere I can find goes. It's been TBA since 2006 sometime. Latest info was released around october 15th in the form of a trailer at the max payne convention. Still no release date.

Isn't warhead just an expansion to the original Crysis? I wouldn't see how it would improve graphically...

Stand alone Expansion.. (well kind off..)

Its from another's point of view but they fixed the stuff in their CryEngine2 they screwed up in the original Crysis.. so it looks better and performs better... like said Crysis has a crappy made engine

There are games that seemingly have better textures ( aka. GT5 ), but ill always give the graphics award to Crysis due to the sheer amount of vegetation and as yahtzie puts it, if you have a vegetation fetish, you'll love this game...and I do. Lets see how Killzone 2 does since all those console kiddies have been raving about that.

PS: Crysis Warhead never really looked like much of a graphical improvement imho over the original Crysis
