Sygate Firewall

Hi There, i am using sygate fire wall. But i do not wat are the application i should allow or blocked. And that also goes for port. Can any one tell me the guide line on wat to block or set the firewall?

Well for sygate. It depends if you know the program. For example steam you know that program so you hit yes. And other program that you haven't intstall on your computer that you dont recongnize and just block it. That's what I do. I think you understand right.
