I have a Liteon DVDRW SOHW 16335 player and it won't play CD's. It works fine on DVD's and I can install games and watch DVD movies with it but it just makes a funny sound and won't show up on screen if I put a CD in it.
Its about 18 months old and so out of warranty. I suppose I will have to buy a new one however I am somewhat perplexed that it can read DVD's and not CD's. Any ideas?? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to no effect.
