eh I dont think so...


a 7400 is really weak....

Awsome CPU and sufficent ammount of RAM...

But that 7400 if anything is going to hold you back from playing it at all.

You'll be fine, sure a 7400 won't run it maxed, but it will run it, there is no reason it won't.
