your second link is o.k. but you do not have to buy Windows 10 because you can download it from Microsoft itself and use your Windows 7 key to activate it. If this pc already had Windows 10 previously, then just install 10 and it will auto-activate when you go on line

My computer went blank completely as SMPS five year old just blew with a big flame of fire from the fan vent. So i replaced my SMPS power supply with a newer one, but still the motherboard was not getting to even BIOS loading. So i even replaced CMOS battery but it didn't helped. So i yesterday went to repair my motherboard to some MB repairer and he corrected some fault.
Now i am running my motherboard on on-board graphics. So my graphics card is inoperable.

Already have done these.....nowadays safe mode doesn't even works.
