You should get the Abit AA8-Duramax. It is a great motherboard and I have one. It is one of the best overclocking motherboards I have ever seen. My Pentium 4 520 is overclocked to 3.73 GHz from 2.8 GHz. I have only tried pushing it to 4.2 GHz and it was stable, but my PSU wasn't able to hold up. However, that is not relevant to the motherboard. The Abit AA8-Duramax is your friend.
