16 pin gpu adapter. Which one to get?

I bought a used 4080 and it didnt come with the 16 pin adapter cable

Its for a dell xps 8950 which has 4 8pin outputs.
Does the 4080 need all 4 or 3 8pin would be sufficient?

And also what brand to get
There are alot of them for sale on ebay but i donr know which one is good quality

If your PSU is modular get a cablemod cable specifically for your PSU that will be a 4 8pin to 16pin. Do not use the angled adapter.
