Rent is just CRAZY right now in north america (at least in the US & Canada) Glad you got somewhere to live though...
What kind of a clinic does your spouse work at?
TC...in this world we now live in with so much security on personal information, some things should not be asked, due to the darkside and searching for so much personal data (think Google)

Okkay...sorry But if PP doesn't want to answer the question then he can say so himself...
It's kinda nice that the forums are moving a little today :) There was a couple days there that there were no posts even though people were online.

because the rent was 1775 not 2000.
I sometimes forget that the cost of living is so much lower where I am. My house payment which includes insurance and escrow is just over $500/month. Its no mansion by any means and is out in the country about five miles outside of town but is 1500 sq ft sitting on an acre.

You live the good life,my man
I don't know about that but I like where I am. I don't have a lot of pictures of my place but I did find a video that I posted a good while back of Christmas morning 2010. We had a white Christmas which was highly unusual for here, and it was my oldest granddaughter's first Christmas (unfortunately the snow prevented my daughter from coming out that day). The Expedition is gone as is the Escort and the Bradford pear closest to the house. Still have my dad's red Sierra, though.

Yea mobile homes on acreage is so much cheaper than bigger houses, it also depends on when you got it. My parent's was 2000sqft on an acre for a Clayton and with less than a 10% down on both as a package they were paying $600 a month in 99. I haven't looked now, but 5 years ago in the same setup it cost 1200+ to rent a mobile home on an acre in the country let alone buy.

Looking at Clayton homes now similar square footage costs double. Albeit, they look WAY nicer than they did back in the day lol.

Couple days ago I bought a thermal pad from Thermalgrizzly. Going to see if this will be an acceptable interface for my retro machines since they don't put out a ton of heat.
