I dunno... they (AT$T) are not specifying that. I suppose I would have to look into the deeper details of their contract. Concast (Xfinity) gives me 1tb of download currently @ 450 Mbps for $70. until May 4th. If I exceed 1tb down load capacity I get a penalty and have to pay extra$$$ for anything that exceeds 1 tb. (currently I average around 200gb for downloads)
Their larger plans do not, their lower plans do but that's if you're on Gigapower. Idk about Uverse.

I used to have the 1TB data cap under Xfinity and would get charged an extra $10 for exceeding the cap by even 1 Byte. I have 2 sons that work from home plus download various things as well as myself and we were always going over the data cap. It is cheaper for me to just pay extra for the unlimited data and not worry about it.
