What is going on

I have Dial up don't know if it will matter or not but when i am online it is ok but when ever i have 2 web pages up I get a pop up that says error report and then all my web pages go away I stay online but all the web pages get closed and I was wondering if anyone could help me

disable the error reporting service in the control panel
