updates for slipstream

Is there a list of sp3 updates on the internet for slipstreaming and would i be able to use that created disk in sfc /scannow since i lost the slipstreamed disk I used to install windows

You can grab all the updates you want from here: Microsoft Download Center. There are a bunch of them. I think you'd be better off just running the Windows Update after installing the OS then downloading all of them and adding it to the slipstream disc.
