i workout now 5 times a week with weights mainly strength workouts...ie squats benchpress and deadlifts....i deadlift 650 pounds now which is pretty good of a bodyweight of 165!then of course i box !
I dont have a perfect schedule, but I lift probally about 5 times a week, and I strength Train. You see most Computer Techs fit a general Description, Fat and nerdy, or skinny with glasses and shit.. I didnt want fall in that category, I also like to be healthy, and Its nice to be strong.. Not to mention the girls like it
