Roast Pork Shoulder (Tweebah cut) simply seasoned, Roast potatoes with garlic and red onion, fennel carrots, boiled petit pois peas and gravy.
Twas nice although I had to over cook the pork a little to get good crackling which was a shame. I think it was because I had to defrost the pork this afternoon so the skin only had 1 hour to dry after being frozen so there was too much moisture in the skin to cook quickly and turn nicely into crackling.
