Staff and Asset tracking technologies advice

I am currently looking for Staff and Asset tracking Technologies that I could use in order track staff within my business. After searching, I have come across the company 'Uniguard' which looks like it provides the service that I need and more for my business and potentially more.

Could someone please recommend whether I should go with Uniguard or another form of staff tracking software, Thanks!
