Question about Rfid tags

Hello, I got a question, it may be sillo but I kind of want an answer to it. Ok so in my country(Norway) we got these bus cards from school etc. wich we use on some type of terminal in the bus. The card most likely uses rfid technology, so my question is: Can you in some way scan the bus card with Android nfc and use the phone as a card instead of using the originaly card, if you understand? Or is this not possible at all?

Sure it's possible! Someone already did a proof of concept with bank cards (replaced all of them with a thumb sized chit) - I'll see if I can find a link for you when I get home.

Whoops I forgot to look when I got home and double whoops I was actually referencing a magstripe spoofer - Samy Kamkar: MagSpoof - credit card/magstripe spoofer - that's the one

For RFID using NFC, this looks to have a bunch of info to start on. nfc - Android application to mimic a physical RFID card - Stack Overflow

You'll have to do a little research into the protocols involved though
