PHP RSS Aggregator

I need a bit of help developing an RSS aggregator in PHP. I'll be using MySQL for a database of RSS feeds and then need help creating two PHP files, the first of which collects the list of feed addresses from my database, loads each of the feeds and parses the contents, inserting each item into the database and maintains a record of which item came from which feed. The second PHP file will show the most recent 10 items from the feeds, and display information such as headlines, summaries and published dates. If anyone has built one of these in the past or can point me toward some source code that would be great. Thanks.
