That sounds good.

But we all know the best way to lose weight no matter how many crunches you do, Diet is key
 
its not easy !! and makes ur leg hurts later on the day !!
think twice before adding anything to that program !
tell u what try doing it today , and sleep on it ..
if theres no pain on the next day ,, then try adding stuff on it ..
i personally got fudged up then first day :p
and now i dow 20 sets :D
 
high jump = jump and make ur knees (as much as posible) touch ur chest area

squats = stand straight .. bend ur knees untill ur thigh (as much as posible ) are closed !
 
well to tell the truth ..
push ups r one of the easiest workout there is ..
do it this way . it will help u improve. .
day one = do one push up ( only one dont do more than that i know ur strong but follow my lead )
day two = do two push ups ( remmber what i said)
do this untill day five
day six = do 10 push ups
day seven = do 15 push ups
and so on .. tell me what happens with u :D
