Is your other comptuers able to get to microsoft's web page

This computer is on my network of 150 other computers and it is the only one that has this issue.

did you try to reinstall ie

You may have to try killing Iexplorer.exe several times .. n' try killig both the instances several times...

Also the child process doesn't display for long .. it is visible for a very short instance ... so keep an eye as the process is highlighed in green when it spawns & red when it terminates.

Try using the printscreen key to grab a screenshot as i did ... that's the best way to catch hold of it.

Great idea
