ohh ok now i understand, whenever putting a hdd onto a new motherboard, it will never work, you have to re-install windows again. simply to get one of the computers working put the PSU onto the computer that has a good hdd but the not working PSU and listen to everyone that posted in this topic, you should have one of them working in a no time
