I'm done experimenting for tonight. I'm using a Zalman 9700, and the board seems to hit a wall somewhere right above 425 fsb. Right now I have vcore set at 1.36, mch at 1.65, and fsb at 1.3. I can't hit 3 Ghz stable, I've turned vcore up to 1.41, mch to 1.675, and fsb up to 1.325, and I'm kinda afraid to go higher. I think the mobo hit it's limit.
Edit: I'm gonna try to get my dad to buy a new pc with an E6400, since he needs a new computer for work, so I can steal if from him lol. Maybe the higher multiplier will help.
Try loosening timings and raising VDimm. That is probably our problem. All chipsets except for RD600 will scale RAM speed linearly with FSB, so if FSB goes up, so does your RAM speed.
