Disabling Internet Access Through a Router

Is it possible to remove someones internet access through a router control panel without leaving any obvious signs that its been done?

its going to be obvious as when they try and go on the internet they cant lol. but yes you can, you disable that systems ip address in the router.

I think it might be pretty obvious when the person tries to go onto the internet and can't.
