Anyone use/tried Meebo?

My corporation uses heavy duty filtering at the data center. EVERYONE is included. In fact, if my IP was checked, any posts made from work show as coming from the data center and not my actual location. Not the brightest way to set up a global network, but they didn't ask me about it.

Do they use the same "8e6 Technologies" BS, that most high schools in my area tend to use?

What sucks is that they actually block the websites IP.. so even if you use linux it STILL doesn't work. Only way to get around it is to use an online proxy, which are blocked directly too as well.

At my school I dont know how they block it, just says page cannot be displayed, i dont think its by ip because i can reach the main pages of the websites with the ip in the adress bar but i cant seem to navigate away from the main pages, just cannot b displayed
