3500+ Newcastle 130nm
3500+ Winchester 90nm
Personally, the FX-51/FX-53 940 is the only AMD chip I will ever buy. This is because my DAD has piles and piles of DDR333 registered memory. Plus it is cheaper and pretty much the same as an FX-53 except it has a stock lower multiplier. And for the true overclocker, it is the perfect chip. It also allows for the best upgradability also. The 940 socket will never go for years because hardware standards being changed in the server market is a very hard thing to do since that is mostly enterprise. Think of the Nocona. Intel added support for DDR2 reg. and the next gen. Xeon replacing the Nocona will not have DDR2 reg. because the market is budget oriented and will stay on one technology for years and years as long as it gets the job done! FX-51 is one of the best chips I have ever seen.
