"I need these two roms..."

Could somone help me find a ROM? or at least tell me if it even exists? I'm trying to find both: SNK vs. Capcom, and The King Of FIghters 2003 rom for NEOGEO. Every ROM site i look for it on either Dosn't have them, or Has them, but somethings always wrong with their server, or the download itself.

ON this site: www.coolrom.com (Which is where i usually get my neogeo roms.) They used to have both of them, but they both almost downloaded 1.5gb worth of nothing to my computer! When i emailed the guy about the ROM problem, he took the roms completeley off of the site.
I realy don't want to use a P2P thing because it usualy takes way to long, and i never really get a connection.Is there any other way i can get this?

do you have aim (i prefer sending it to you that way, but i can do it another way if you want)
