Major Connection issue with Netgear Router

When you are getting the 0's, is that the router not getting an IP from the ISP, or the computer isn't getting an IP via DHCP from the router?? If you aren't getting an IP from the router, you might want to reset it to factory defaults.

Umm its the router....however i want to know how to set the pppoe because i think it has something to do with her verizon requiring a login to connect so with the router you need to configure

Choose pppoe then enter the user name and pass.
