Zip files

Hello. My computer says WinPhotoViewer can not open a certain zip file.

Can someone tell me what viewer I can download to open a multiple of zip files/

7Zip is alright and so is Winrar, just find an option on the program for "extract to", Select a location for the program to extract the files (such as your desktop) then after you extract the files from the zip file your photo program should work.

Hello. Can I get from you a detailed example of the activity so I could try it out. I am having difficulty with what I am trying to do. But..if I could execute the activity with an example I know will work..I can figure out what the issues might be with what I am trying to do.

WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files
after you install one of these programs, you right click on the zipped file you want to open and select "extract to" make your selection on where you wish to save the extracted files (they contain your pics) Once you have extracted these files you can view them with your photo viewer program


Edit: It's best to create a folder in your documents file and put the zipped file in there, then select extract here, if you have a lot of different folders in the zipped file, and you extract it to your desktop, it could make your desktop very messy
