I went and installed windows 7 on my Acer Laptop but did not like it so I deided to reinstall Vista. The problem is that the Vista disc I had is corrupted so I borrowed a copy of a friend. I installed Vista but the Wireless Card does not work. I have made sure the wireless card is turned on and the driver is showing a yellow Icon in Device Manager and gives an error code of 28.

I would reinstall the driver.

uninstall it first, then use the one on the dell website.

Just reinstall the driver. I had a problem with my Ethernet port on my PC. I forgot to install the drivers for it! Lol.

This will diverge slightly from the topic, but why did you not like Windows 7? It's essentially Vista.
