I tried that already. It stops and turns on so fast that I can't seen to see which way it turns. The fans are blowing the way they're suppose to so I'll leave it at that. I'm too tired to open the side panel again to check on the bottom fan. I moved my PCI exhaust blower so that it is below the CPU. That way if the fan is blowing down, it can help move the warm air out. It's working nicely. It's been on for an hour now and GPU's running at 47 degrees C and the CPU fluctutates between 30-31 degrees Celsius. Not bad. It's pretty much running the same temps as before.
