Call AT&T again. There is no reason why they should change any account details without your express permission. Plus the fact that you are granfathered into the unlimited data plan they cant change you to the other limited plans. They will change it back, you just have to bug them about it.

it was a painful process, but eventually att and i worked out our differences. i'm happy, but getting to this point --- would NEVER have guessed it.

Motorblur may fail, but that is where ADWLauncher EX, Launcher Pro, Go Launcher EX and the rest make using the Atrix worth it. I know, i have it myself.
