well.. as for an update
took the MB out, made sure it wasnt grounding out or anything, put it back in making sure nothing was touching the case, plugged everything back in and there's power. Hd is running as is the cpu fan, sounds like its going into bios but there is no picture on the monitor. No clue, help is deffenitly needed.
