Uninstall Musicmatch

I need help uninstalling this piece of crap Musicmatch. It has caused me nothing but problems since I got my computer. If I go to add/remove programs it comes up either Debug or Cancel and nothing happens. Can someone please explain how I can manually uninstall this. I tried support, but when I try to delete the necessary files, it says they are write protected. I would appreciate any help someone could give me.
