I just ordered a new hs/f (thermalright ultra-120 extreme with scythe s-flex) since stock isn't cutting it and i want to finally start overclocking my e8400! So now i am thinking of upgrading to 4GB of ram. SO my question is would getting two more sticks of 1gb perform slower then two 2gb sticks? Because it would be cheaper to just get two more sticks of:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
then to buy:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
any suggestions?
~thanks
