TV will only display in black and white. Help

I have my TV hooked up to my PC using an s video to scart adaptor. I have the TV set as a clone of the monitor. But I am only getting a black and white picture on my CTR TV. I found a post before about this same problem but cant find it again

I got the same on my tv, it goes black and white, and on the other tv its color, I think its all down to your pc and tv communcations, because if i stick vga in its all color.

try changing the color bit in the settings on your graphics card. theirs a few other options to try aswell.

Are you sure you have the right region code set for your television?

Problem FIXED! My TV had a AV2s setting which I flicked it onto and then it gave me colour
