Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) - News
"Transformers" has one of its important weapons prepared before having the cameras to roll out once again. Josh Duhamel, who attended 2010 ShoWest in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday, March 18, has informed that the script for "Transformers 3" is finished.

The actor who portrays Captain William Lennox in the first film as well as "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" also confirms that director Michael Bay and all crew are preparing to start production this summer. His tidbits from the third "Transformers" movie accordingly hint that he will return to reprise his role in the upcoming film.

Duhamel's statement is in line with report from Deadline Hollywood in early this year that "Transformers 3" will kick off principal photography in May. Bay himself has previously revealed that the film will be partially shot in Chicago and Moscow.

Beside Duhamel, Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox are all on board to reprise their roles as Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes respectively. Some Autobots, such as Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, are going to get makeovers for this action sci-fi, which has set July 1, 2011 release in the U.S.

YES! Can not wait.
The only thing that i do hope that they do with this film is they seem to give a little more equal screen time for other transformers. The last firm had a big cast of robots, but only focused on about 3 of them.

With Bumblebee getting a makeover, i will LOL if he returns as a Toyota Prius or one of those other eco friendly cars. Because so far the last 2 films have been a lot of product placement for various car companies.

I'm sure he'll still be a Camaro or another American muscle car... If it's still sponsored by Chevrolet, who wants to make bets it's going to be a Volt? It's become rather iconic

Can't wait for this one either, even after the disaster that was Transformers 2.

Ford is bringing out a Police Interceptor just for law enforcement, so there's a possibility.

Woo! I'm excited. I didn't think Transformers 2 was THAT bad. I still enjoyed it, even though it was basically just explosions left and right. Guess I'm more of a Neanderthal than I'd like to admit, haha.

I would not say that the second film was a disaster. However I would like it if they do not give Skids, Mudflap and Wheelie as much screen time as they did in the get. And I would like it if some of the other Robots got some more screen time. Eg. RC who was rather short lived.

No. That not correct. I just have to say "Welcome to the world of Micheal Bay" where car just get a light love tap and they go KABOOM!!!

Like just take the car chases from THE ROCK or BAD BOYS 2.

Micheal Bay----- Responible for putting insurance companies out of business
Roland Emmerich ---- Responible for destroying the offices of those insurance companys (and possible country around it)

Imagine Roland Emmerich to direct a transfomers movies. Straight up we will know that it will feature Unicron, and Unicron will successfully Earth. However before the end of the film, Unicron will poop out the section of earth that will contain Australia where all the survivors will live happily ever after.

Imagine Quentin Tarantino to direct a transfomers movie, about a 3/4 of the film will be focus on Megatron and Starscream talking with eath other about mindless dibble that has very little to do with the film. It will forus on some unless tidbit like "This small cube of energon". And the last 20 minutes of the film will be nothing but senceless violence with oil and engine lubercant getting splashed all over the place.

If Lucas was to direct a transformers movie.... not only will Wheelie be one of the main character, but he will be over 9000 times more annoying too.

If James Cameron was to direct transformers movie.... it will take about 3 to 5 years to create, however it would kick ***. And it would have things like the The Head Masters or Circuit Breaker

If Uwe Boul was to direct a transformer movie...... lets not go there.
