It got a little toasty under load, but nothing too bad. Should be interesting to see what temps are with a good cooler.

H100i is probably going to yield 85C+ temps at those speeds. Most of the reviewers were able to get that far at those temps with 1.375+ volts. Motherboard VRM and delidding seems to be the big deal getting these chips to run cool and fast.
