IE11 has something called Compatibility View. At least Outlook Web Access requires special Compatibility View settings to support something called E-vault to read old emails' attachments. IE is the only browser I know of to support Compatibility View function. Does that mean in the future I will lose E-vault feature? Will Windows keep coming with IE11 even without updates? Firefox does not support it, and IE11 and Firefox are the only browsers I use.

Support being dropped means it'll probably be gone in the next major update.
