Page Overlapping

Hey on my laptop every time i go on any browser I, Firefox the page always overlapps and Ive updated Firefox to see if it might have fixed the problem but it hasn't and when the browsers close it exits from the top and then goes to the bottom and when its exiting its like its shutting down all the icons go away its just the background.

Not on it right now but too make it easier to understand, when I go to scroll down and Im on google the page wouldnt just scroll down like a normal computer it
would go over the other words untill I stopped

Does it only happen when scrolling? Sounds like you need to install/update your graphics/display drivers. Have this been a problem ever since you got the laptop?

only happens when im on a browser and its been a problem for about 1 year now and ive had it for 3 years

Well I'm not to sure of what is likely causing the problem. Can you post your specs of your system or it's brand/model? It would help us find drivers needed if any and also any other small aspects that won't looked at.
