Need help want to upgrade my graphics card

Hi all,

I play alot of old school counter strike, but want to play the newer and better graphical games so want to upgrade my card. I'm not good on hardware so would like some suggestions and see if these cards would work on my current hardware.

My motherboard is: ASRock G31M-GS
Processor is: quad core can go up to round 10Ghz
Physical Memory : 4096 MB (2 x 2048 DDR2-SDRAM )
Operating system: Xp Professional
Voltage CPU : 1.26 V
+3.3V Voltage : 3.26 V
+12V Voltage : 8.29 V

I think this is computer infromation is enough but anymore needed please ask ^.^

My friend told me that an upgrade to an Nvidia 9800 card would be good but theres loads of them when I was looking.

What power supply do you have? is 100 quid your budget? for just over 100 a ati 5750 would be a far better choice.
