Ipod problems

I have been hearing problems about them,Screens cracking,batterys dyeing,freezing and Apple customer service being crap. are these true???

I've had the pleasure of not being an iPod owner so I can't tell you if it's true, but I'm certainly not suprised if it was.

Well ... My screen did break, so I went to get it fixed, and they told me it wasn't covered in the warranty. After that incident I can say I really don't want another IPOD ever again. lol.

Haha, yeah my friend's iPod screen got cracked too. The warranty didn't cover it and to get it repaired, he might as well have bought another iPod.

yup. them freaks told me to pay 250 dollars for the repair .... I was like .... "nope. no thanks. you guys are CRAZY." I use it like an IPOD shuffle now lol. Created a playlist and just play that. It sucks, but I still got an MP3 player lol.
