I am getting into IT and a girl I know works with Cosmesity. She said people are SREs - something like Service Reliance Engineers but they are adding more DSREs. I guess the D is Designated? Their Sales teams are pushing this to customers as a sales point but the teams are divided based on groups now. These groups will be trashed and people that don't know how to cover an idea will just be stuck covering it for the sales point- though customers are being told they will have this designated engineer on their account that knows everything about Cosmesity. Hardware, software, communications, DB work, cloud, NAS, and more. They want to make it on the market soon so they have this push for DSREs.
