Hey everyone,

I just built a new PC, and am having trouble figuring out my headset/mic.

I use Teamspeak to play online games, just like Vent. This is where the problem is.
- Most of the time, other people can hear me talk, which is good & fine. However, it is bad because when they start talking, somehow I'm picking it up and sending their voice right back. So, when they talk, they can hear themselves.

I've gone into the volume settings by the clock, and then gone to Options > Properties > and changed to the Input (or Recording radio button). From there, I click OK, and have the following options which I can change the volume sliders up or down: Balance, CD Volume, Mic Volume, Line Volume and Stereo Mix.
- However, Recording is the only slider I can change - all of the rest of the options are faded out and I cannot click on them.

- I have gone to the test hardware button under the "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" menu, and that didn't do anything.

- I have installed the drivers directly from my motherboard, because the sound is onboard. (Mobo is MSI P6N SLI).

I feel like I've exhausted all of my options.

Any ideas? Please? Thank you!
