Flash Issue with IE 9

Hi,

I'm trying to use flash on IE 9 to use UPS Quantum View, but the site keeps thinking flash isn't installed even though that latest version is indeed installed. I tested on youtube and it worked. Even with a computer restart, it still isn't functioning for UPS Quantum view. Upgrading from IE9 isn't an option. Does anyone know a possible workaround?

Tried totally removing Flash and then reinstalling it?

I reinstalled it, and the installer removes first when it reinstalls.

Sometimes the uninstall at the beginning can leave things behind and not remove components completely.

Uninstall it manually, reboot, and download a fresh copy of the latest installer, and install.
