My average post count is less than 3 per day, but i don't think that means that anyone higher than that is just spamming this place.
for foothead, there is no reason to log off, just make sure that your brain is engaged before you put your mouth in gear...
quality posts simply can't be written at a rate of 150 per day, but that doesn't mean that you should just post less posts, perhaps just take a little more time over what you are writing to increase the quality.
then the quantity falls naturally.
