Anyway you never said whether or not you have a filter connected? sometimes the filter can break if for example theres a thunderstorm it can ruin them somehow and they become useless! probably not your problem but its worth asking

this is a very old thread i did fix it by using a filter in all of the phone sockets which have something plugged into them
