Creating a mailing list in Outlook

Hi all. I need to create a contact group which I need to email each Friday in outlook comprised of contacts I need to add, about 40 or so. To save me the pain of adding each on individually is there a way to add them in one go to the mailing list? This list also needs to be BCC so the recipients can't see each other's email addresses.

Apologies if that makes no sense, I'm new to outlook and it's giving me a massive head ache!

That's perfect mate, thanks for that. It's funny how I've pretty much never used Outlook in my life until now. Might just be me but it's not the easiest thing in the world to use!

You'll get used used to it . I like it a lot personally. I use it at both work and home.
