If you have the space, the Tuniq Tower 120 is the best air cooler in the market. If not, the ThermalRight Ultra-120, ThermalTake Big Typhoon and Scythe Ninja are some of the best around.

Those guys apparantly make a cooling effect big. A guy OCed his E6600 to 3.46GHZ and temps was 28C on the LCD panel and 31C on ASUS ProbeII.

Pff, basically an heatsink tower with a Peltier installed on it. It's a lot like the Titan Amanda Thermoelectric CPU Cooler, and it didn't get great reviews. It's expensive and the performance hardly justifies the price. Don't always trust Newegg reviews.

You might as well buy an actual Peltier to get the best performance.
