AthlonXP or Sempron?

Alright im building a screw around computer w/ some parts ive found outside, at my friends house, and in my parents closet. ok i have 2 options for a processor here, a 2400+ AthlonXP (@2.0ghz) or a Sempron 2500+. which is better? like i said it really dosent matter that much cause its a screw around processor but my friend is willing to trade and i was wondering which would perform better.

im not gonna OC this, just run it stock to play minor games on it and to fool around w/ it. besides i cant afford to go buy an aftermarket cooler for it so i stil cant OC even if i wanted to. :/ i hate not having money

The AthlonXP is better in my opinion. My old 2200 XP stomped my friends 2200 Sempron to the ground and its wasn't OCed at all like his Sempron was! And it didn't overheat as bad as his did either.
